All the paintings in this section have been painted since I moved to Ely in 2010. This is when I retired allowing me to become more prolific.

As I prefer to paint and sketch in front of the subject, when possible, most of these are of local scenes. Although I sometimes work in my studio from previous sketches and photographs I am often seen in and around Ely with my sketchbook or easel.
